Just Go

How many times have you made a list of all the things you want to go see while in new area only to find an ready excuse not too? If I were filling out a resume about my travel-self I would mark this as my big weakness. So often it’s easer to waste downtime with nothing than getting up and just going. A few weeks ago we visited House on the Rock, located very close to Josh’s hometown. With all those visits back home this was the first time we had went, something so close but we just didn’t go. I can name more than a few other examples but it’s a bit embarrassing. We have the opportunity to see more and do more than most. With no yard to take care of and no house to clean we can just go. In 2013 we visited five different National Parks but rarely a state park. This year I want more out of my travels and I am going to just go.
