I got my domestic on last night! While Josh was at Rugby practice, I baked! I read a blog yesterday about making Heart Shaped Cupcakes and gave it a try. The first batch did not turn out that well, I over filled the cups. But my second and third pans were dreamy. I justed the yellow cake recipe from the Better Homes and Garden cookbook I got for Christmas. Since this was my first try at making a cake batter from scratch I skipped the icing to make sure the cupcake flavor could stand on it’s own. They are delish!!! I think I will ad just a little lemon juice to this recipe with it is for cupcakes.
