This week we will be in West Windsor, NJ and Pittsfield, MA., we’ll feel like locals when coming back to the Princeton area in a month. Before that happen we will be in Amsterdam, NY and Burlington, VT.
Post of the Week: Earlier this week my mom phoned to share a memory. Reading the latest issue of Food Network magazine reminded her of a trip we took to buy a pageant dress when I was in High School. After trying on dresses all morning and finding a magical one, we headed for lunch. All giggles and smiles from scoring a killer deal we couldn’t resist the temptation of Fried Strawberries on the menu. They were amazing and for years something we would bring up. That dessert is a deep part of our experience spending time together. Starting the call off with “remember when, oh I know you will” and sharing the magazines gem, a recipe for Fried Strawberries. I just had to feature this post from A boy, A girl and A pug. I hope they created a good memory for her too.
